Aman Grewal

CEO

Aman has 18 years of experience building data-led, international SaaS businesses. In 2006, he founded WorkplaceDynamics (now Energage) which is one the largest engagement survey providers in the USA. He was part of the leadership team for AssetLogic which provides data sharing for major investment industry companies including Vanguard and BlackRock. Aman is responsible for Syft strategy, data management and finance.

Jon has 23 years of experience designing, building and leading teams to create computer systems and apps for companies ranging from Deutsche Bank to L’Oreal. Jon will be responsible for guiding the technical team to advance the systems ensuring scalability.
